The first time I experienced a Half Baked Cookie I thought I was in heaven. Ok, it wasn’t one. It was definitely three.
Half Baked Cookies, owned by Angie Snediker, started off in her kitchen and now she is has a brick and mortar filled with cookies, ice cream, and live music. For the holiday season, order her cookie trays- they will be a HUGE hit with family and friends. Try not to eat all of them by yourself!
Angie sent us several rounds of cookies to our home when she was starting up and we finally met her in person at an event in Lockport. After she opened her location on Day Rd. in Lockport, I took the boys up for cookies, ice cream sundaes, and brought a birthday box home for a party. I am so excited she has her own shop now and love watching her special edition cookies pop up every week on her Instagram!

We are an artisan 6 oz cookie and ice cream shop offering fresh, warm cookies baked throughout the day. Also serving a full Perry's Ice Cream menu year round and authentic Perry's custard. Pair your cookie with ice cream in a signature Half Baked Sundae. Grab a True Bean Coffee freshly ground and brewed, along with seasonal drinks like cider and hot chocolate.

Thanksgiving and Christmas cookie platters available for delivery across Buffalo. (Not sure in pop-ups, will post when I confirm!)
