Pack Up the Kids! Test Driving the Ford Expedition for Auto Month
The Riggs family rolls DEEP. As a family of five, we need space and luxury in a vehicle so we were pretty darn pumped to test drive the Ford Expedition Platinum from our local WNY Ford store for Auto Month!
Auto Month continues through the end of April with local Neighborhood Ford Stores in the Western New York area (Buffalo and Rochester). Right now is the best time to get in to a new Ford car!
When we picked up the Expedition, we were so excited because it was a third-row SUV which we have been talking about the past year. Chloe immediately commenting on how big it was and her jaw dropped when she saw the full moonroof above her head.

Like true Riggs Wolfpack fashion, we loaded all three kids in their carseats and packed up the ‘Adventure Bag’ (aka- the bag of snacks), double stroller, tripod, and baby bag for the week to test out the drive, ride, and space capability.
Two thumbs up from these parents! We never felt cramped inside the Ford Expedition, even with ALL of our nonsense tossed in and out of the car. It was nice to see the kids have room and you know it’s a win when all children fall asleep on a car ride. Always looking for safety and amenities, the Mom side of me loved being in a larger SUV and having my favorite ‘musts’ like heated seats, touchscreen, one-touch button for trunk closure, and captain seats in the middle.
