Next month, something new and BIG is happening at Riverworks...and inside your own home.

With combining everyone's favorite cardio and the chance to raise money for research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, IceCycle Buffalo is what everyone is talking about and it's definitely going to be different and fun. It's all about cycling on your spin bike- the most popular way to sweat nowadays. And the best part is: all proceeds raised go to Roswell to support their cutting-edge research to help end cancer. Read up on Roswell's incredible research here and learn about what they're doing RIGHT NOW.

On March 19th and March 20th, individuals can sign up for a 45 minute ride in person at Riverworks where studios from around WNY will be spinning inside and outside OR you can even do this at home with your bike. The fundraising minimum is $200 for in-person rides and $100 for at-home rides and it is easy to share your fundraiser on social media with friends and family. Tell the world why you are joining this challenge! Read more on IceCycle Buffalo's page about joining a class for a small fee and also how to access the rides virtually.

A fun part of the IceCycle is joining one of the studio teams to raise money together and be part of a community that is so dedicated to helping Roswell! The studios that have joined the fight and that are building incredible teams that will be riding at Riverworks are Rise Fitness Studio, JadaBlitz, Revolution, Rebel Ride, Dani Fit, BikeorBar, Cycle WNY, Be Moved Fitness, and Garage Fitness Studio. You can see all of the instructor bios here (including my husband, Beau, for Rise!).

You can register on the IceCycle website and begin your fundraising. People donating do not have to be part of IceCycle- they can be supporters of Roswell's research alone. Watch IceCycle Buffalo's Instagram page for updates on the Leaderboard's to see what studio and fundraising group is leading the charge! Will it be your community??

On the website, you will also find the time slots to register for each class- but HURRY! These WILL SELL OUT in person! Virtually, you can gain access to all 11 sessions.

It's the Cycle Challenge Meets Fundraiser event you cannot miss. And don't worry about your ride- all levels of cycling ability is welcomed. In the end, this is for research and that is all that matters.
